BHcare‘s Employment Services is a unique employment program designed to place individuals in the workplace. Candidates are pre-screened and matched. We provide ongoing counseling, training, and follow-up services to employers and workers. This best practice ensures productivity and success for employees, while saving employers advertising, recruiting and on the job training costs.

We have placed personnel in service and industry positions such as jobs in printing, restaurants, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, library services and other private and commercial businesses.

SCREENING & PLACEMENT

BHcare Employment Specialists will refer only those candidates who are motivated and qualified for your open position.

COACHING

We provide short-term, individualized, on-the job coaching and follow-up support, as needed, to ensure employment success.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

BHcare staff are available to provide training to increase company awareness of working with people with disabilities and the
importance of enhancing your company’s culture by hiring individuals in recovery.

BUSINESS ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Business Advisory Council is comprised of area business people and professionals who donate their time and skills to guide our
employment services program, expand our community collaborations and provide insights on the job market.
